Our experience shows
that the implementation is often the riskiest part of the
process of change and is often under-resourced. Silver
Wolf Associates can assist
either remotely or, for larger projects, we are able to develop
an on-site presence to stand side by side with the client
to implement solutions. To control the whole process, we can
write a project plan with milestones, produce regular reporting
against those milestones and act as the operational driving
force to see the plan through to completion. Our aim is to
reduce the pressure on our clients and anticipate potential
issues before they become problems.
